Cedar 12k

Sometimes even a 12k run can totally cripple you. I am sitting at the computer afraid to get out of my seat. My legs ache like I have done an Ironman....perhaps worse!

It was awesome to see SO many runners from Nanaimo out on such a beautiful day. Fast times were posted and sunglasses were needed. Even the Daily news got in there with next day coverage. Running is heading in the right direction on Vancouver Island.
