R.I.P.

Winnifred Espitalier was killed while trying to cross East Wellington Road on Monday, December 6th at 4:45pm. Friends of Winnifred ("Winnie") would like us to pass on reminders to all runners, cyclists and pedestrians to PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE wear lots of reflective clothing, bands and lights during the dark hours of our Island winter. Tragic accidents like this can be prevented.
