December 11th ROC Run

Thanks to the ROC trail group for a great run today at Westwood. Marty and I enjoyed it! Being out of town so often on weekends I do not get that many chances to run with the local groups so it was great to drag myself out of bed this morning to get all wet and dirty in the local trails. I will try to get up there again over Christmas to do a little trimming to make ROC's 2005 westwood return even more smooth.
