Dear Sluggies

The sun was bright, the ocean was magnificent, the trees were beginning to blossom, and I was just thinking how I wish all of you were here... running this damn race instead of me. How was the race? I don't know because I was too tired walking from the parking lot to the gym to run it. But those who did said it was tough. The food was great though and as Dave D says it's the food that really matters.
