Tuesday Night Drop In Clinics start TONIGHT! (September 6th)
Whether you are a walker, beginner runner, new to running altogether, or are looking for a more challenging interval workout the Tuesday Night Clinic at Frontrunners is for you!! There are groups for all levels and abilities. Chose the group that is right for you and enjoy a great workout with great folks from your Nanaimo Running Community.

Cost: $2
Dates: September 6th to December 6th and January 10th to June 13th
Time: 6:30 pm (if it is your first time please get here about 10 minutes early)
Location: Meet at Frontrunners Nanaimo, #3-5767 Turner Road, Longwood Station.

Group Descriptions
Group 1 -Power Walk (45-60 minutes)
Group 2 -Walk-Run Progression
Group 3 - Beginners Run (Varied Workout)
Group 4 - 5:00 - 6:00 minute km Pace (Varied Workout)
Group 5 - 4:30 - 5:00 minute km Pace (Varied Workout)
Group 6 - under 4:30 minute km pace (Varied Workout)
Group Details
Group 2 - a 14 week learn to run progression that takes participants from running for 30s to 10k
Group 3-6 will do various hill, speed, tempo workouts that vary from 45-75 minutes in length (including warm up and cool down)
Goal Event: Frosty Footrace on December 4th
