Stewart Mountain 10mile XC Race

The first annual Stewart Mountain 10 mile cross country race was hosted this past Saturday by the Prarie Inn Harriers at Thetis Lake Park. A great preview to the first of the Gut Buster Series in March, which will utilize the same course, the day brought with it sunny skies, lots of water crossings, muddy conditions and one darn big hill called Stewart Moutain! Congratulations to Bobbie, John, Dave, Russell and the two Tom's for conquering what can only be described as an epic run!

A big thanks to PIH and the race organizers. It truly was a great cross country race and one that I'm sure all of the participants hope stays on the race calendar.
