Message from NALT

Greetings All!

On Saturday night, a few yahoos made attempts to torch our lumber that has been donated and sitting at the end of Linley Road. Not only did they vandalize the piles, burnt a tarp etc.. but to add insult to injury may also have taken some for their own use.

What we have found that in the past is, when we used to stock pile lumber further in, it remains untouched as vandals tend to go for convenience where there's no walking involved.

On Friday we will be relocating the lumber a little further into the valley, roughly a few hundred yards. We are hoping that a few of you may have a couple of hours to spare starting at 10AM on Friday to help move the lumber. We'll be using a truck which will make the move a little easier.

If you are able to spare a bit of time on Friday, we'd be ever so grateful. Please respond to this email or call 714-1990 if you can come out to help.

As always, any volunteer time you could put in, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your past & continued support!!
